Join Fiber Artist Hollis Hickerson in this introductory needle felting course, Felting Birds. Students will get to work with felting needles, mats, wool rovings and embroidery hoops and learn Hollis’s felting techniques of building up a 3D form on a 2D surface. You will manipulate wool fibers to create renderings of your favorite birds. A perfect activity for a birder or anyone interested in Needle Felting, with no experience needed!
